1. cut down consumption of oils n fats
2. drink alot of water, not necessarily warm to speed ur body metabolism
3. Do alot of veggies n fruits
4. Reduction of starch amount intake
5. cardio workouts to speed up ur heart paces and some abs excercise to tighten yo belly muscles.
this will help u out as it has worked out with me
