Took the pictures personally yesterday. And yes, Kenton's second floor is actually being erected.

Yes. Turns out Kenya Railways has been reclaiming it's territories around the area.

The funny thing is that they reclaim these pieces of land and leave them idle. they already own a very big piece of land along the shore that is lying largely unutilised
