"It's the world! You go to Israel, the blacks are just treated like dogs," Sterling allegedly says on the extended recording.
"The white Jews, there's white Jews and black Jews, do you understand?"
His girlfriend, known only as V. Stiviano, asks him, "And are the black Jews less than the white Jews?"
"A hundred percent, fifty, a hundred percent…" the man in the recording, said to be Sterling, says. "It isn't a question-we don't evaluate what's right and wrong, we live in a society. We live in a culture. We have to live within that culture."
The scandal exploded Saturday when gossip website TMZ posted an audio recording it said showsthe billionaire Clippers owner telling his girlfriend to refrain from bringing black guests to see his team play.
Sterling, who is Jewish, was reportedly angry about a photograph that Stiviano posted on the social media site Instagram with retired Los Angeles Lakers basketball legend Magic Johnson.
"It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you are associating with black people. Do you have to?" Sterling allegedly says in the nearly 10-minute original recording.
"You can sleep with (black people). You can bring them in. You can do whatever you want. The little I ask is not to promote it on that … and not to bring them to my games."
Later in the audio, the woman identifies herself as "black and Mexican."
"In your lousy … Instagrams you don't have to have yourself walking with black people," says the male voice.

In the extended 15-minute version, Sterling's girlfriend challenges his statements, comparing them to Nazis' views of Jews-
V: It's like saying, "Let's just persecute and kill all of the Jews."
DS: Oh, it's the same thing, right?
V: Isn't it wrong? Wasn't it wrong then? With the Holocaust? And you're Jewish, you understand discrimination.
DS: You're a mental case, you're really a mental case. The Holocaust, we're comparing with-
V: Racism! Discrimination.
DS: There's no racism here. If you don't want to be… walking… into a basketball game with a certain… person, is that racism?
When asked if he realized most of his players are black, Sterling responded, "I support them and give them food, and clothes, and cars, and houses. Who gives it to them? Does someone else give it to them? Do I know that I have-Who makes the game? Do I make the game, or do they make the game? Is there 30 owners, that created the league?"
‘Incredibly offensive'
US President Barack Obama, the first African American president and a keen basketball player and fan, interrupted his diplomatic initiative in Asia Sunday to condemn "ignorant" and "incredibly offensive" racist remarks.
"I don't think I have to interpret those statements for you. They kind of speak for themselves," said the president, speaking in Malaysia.
"When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance, you don't really have to do anything, you just let them talk."
Obama also made a wider point about racism in the United States, which he said is still wrestling with the legacy of slavery and segregation.
"We just have to be clear and steady in denouncing it, teaching our children differently but also (remain) hopeful that part of why some statements like this stand out so much is because there has been a shift in how we view ourselves," he said.
"The audio recording posted by TMZ is truly offensive and disturbing," said National Basketball Association commissioner Adam Silver, who promised to move "extraordinarily quickly in our investigation" of the controversy.
Silver said the league plans to interview Sterling, the woman on the tape, and possibly have the probe wrapped up before the Clippers' next home game late Tuesday.
"There are broad powers in place under the NBA constitution and by-laws that include a range of sanctions. All those will be considered and will depend on the findings of our investigation," he said, adding however that Sterling was owed "due process."
The remarks do not reflect Sterling's opinions on race, Clippers president Andy Roeser said as he announced a team probe.
Roeser added that the woman identified as Stiviano "is the defendant in a lawsuit brought by the Sterling family alleging that she embezzled more than $1.8 million, who told Mr. Sterling that she would ‘get even.'"
According to the Los Angeles Times, Stiviano is in her 20s and has been seen often at Sterling's side.
In a lawsuit filed last month, Sterling's wife claims that her husband gave Stiviano money and expensive cars, The Times reported.
Widespread outrage
The outrage from NBA stars was clear, loud and emphatic.
"Magic" Johnson vowed on Twitter that he and his wife Cookie would never attend another Clippers' game as long as Sterling owns the team.
"LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling's comments about African Americans are a black eye for the NBA," Johnson wrote.
"No room for Donald Sterling in our league," Miami Heat superstar LeBron James said. "I can't imagine what's going on in his head."
"It's a damn shame but a sad reality that we have people like that in this world," Los Angeles Lakers star guard Kobe Bryant said.
"It upsets all of us. There's not one guy who is happy with this situation," said Clippers coach Glenn "Doc" Rivers, who is black, after a team meeting on the matter before a practice session.
Sterling, the son of Jewish immigrants, has expressed racist views before, according to former Clipper standout Baron Davis.
"That's the way it is.. He is honest about what he believes in.. Been going on for a long time, Hats off 2 the Team.. 4 playin above it all," Davis wrote on Twitter.
African American rights activist Jesse Jackson called for fans to boycott Clippers' games.
"If we are just going from picking cotton balls to picking basketballs, then we are not making progress. It's about dignity," Jackson told ESPN.
Sterling was not available for comment.

ISRAEL ADMITS FORCING BIRTH CONTROL ON BLACK JEWS
Ethiopian Falasha Jews possess among the lowest genetic evidence of Jewish ancestry. In any country but Israel they could be considered blacks. Yet several decades ago they were welcomed by idealistic Zionists to Israel, "the land of their forefathers," and included in the romance and drama of aliyah. Now Israel has apparently tired of this African "Jewish" population.
Recently, Jewish landlords of the township of Kiryat Malakhi signed an agreement not to rent to them. This brought howls of "Racist!" from civil liberties groups in Israel. But such discrimination can't hold a candle to what a recent documentary, aired on Israeli TV, revealed: The government is practicing systematic birth control of Falasha black women without their knowledge!
Haaretz reports that as soon as Ethiopian Jewish black women arrive in Israel, the government has them injected with a birth control shot without their knowledge or consent.
It's hard to believe, but in Israel, in 2012, Ethiopian women are forced to receive injections of the Depo-Provera contraceptive…it is also given to many new immigrants from Ethiopia…more than 40 women have received the shot….The injections given to Ethiopian women are part and parcel of the overall Israeli attitude toward this wave of immigrants. During the 1980s and 1990s, thousands of Ethiopian Jews spent months or years in transit camps in Ethiopia and Sudan. Hundreds died en route to Israel simply because a country that is supposed to be a safe haven for Jews decided the time wasn't right, they couldn't all be absorbed together or they weren't Jewish enough -- who had heard of black Jews?...They continue to receive "treatment" in absorption centers, where the children are sent to religious boarding schools and included in special education frameworks, while the parents stay in ghettos and the women continue to receive injections. We are told there is no choice. The repressive, racist and paternalistic policies continued unhindered -- policies that are supposedly in the best interests of the immigrants, who don't know what is best for them. This policy of total control over their lives, which starts while they are still in Ethiopia, is unique to immigrants from that country and does not allow them to adjust to Israel. Using the excuse that they need to be prepared for a modern country, they are brainwashed and made to remain dependent on the state absorption institutions." ("Israel's Ethiopians Suffer Different 'Planned Parenthood'" Yardai, Haaretz.com)
As a result of growing international outrage, Haaretz says in its article "Israel admits Ethiopian women were given birth control shots:"
"Health Minister director general instructs all gynecologists in Israel's four health maintenance organizations not to inject women with long-acting contraceptive Depo-Provera if they do not understand ramifications of treatment."
Liberal Jews Manipulate Blacks in America
In a recent e-alert I described how Jews not only played a dominant role in selling black Africans to America for 300 years but how the Jewish-spearheaded Civil Rights Act created a welfare mentality in the US black population. The Act conveniently helped guarantee majority black loyalty to the Democrat party and laid the foundation for the present federal hate crimes law.
The Civil Rights Act was ostensibly passed to grant equality to blacks. It actually enshrined in federal law the idea that one group of historically victimized citizens should be privileged over other Americans with services and legal protections. In other words, it can be lawful for the government to discriminate against majority populations in favor of minorities. The Act laid the foundation for the Jewish Anti-Defamation League and federal government hate crimes laws, giving federal rights to racial, sexual, and religious minorities. The "compassion" of liberal Jews toward blacks actually veiled use of them as steppingstones for establishment of a hate crimes legal system that vastly favors the Jewish agenda over the interests of a white, Christian majority.
Little Love for Blacks in Israel
The government of Israel is similarly showing its lack of real humanity toward black Ethiopian "Jews." This suggests that the ostensible alliance between Jews and blacks in Israel has also been self-serving and manipulative, purposefully disempowering Falasha blacks. Such is treatment unthinkable toward any of Israel's predominantly Ashkenazi, Eastern European white citizens. Israel's covert sterilization of its female black citizens, now admitted by its Ministry of Health, makes it even more difficult for Israel to deny the frequent charge that it is an undemocratic, racist/apartheid state.
