Kikwete needs to address the nation on Escrow

The president needs to address the nation on what happened on escrow account based on both reports CAG & PCCB, He should tell the nation what is he going to do about the people mentioned for defrauding our country instead of offering re heated version of last year speech on fighting corruption based on his usually spin and broken promises stitch together with his task team, processes and accords. What will his actions achieve with respect to politicians often in his inner circle robing our country. The worst of betrayal of all to the Tanzania people is to keep sitting in the state House quietly abandoned most Tanzanians who are sick from what happened while his close friends are enjoying billions stolen from poor Tanzanians.
