Talino Forensic Workstation, is a mid-level desktop processor system which features superior processing power and capabilities which include a mid-level desktop processor system, which features superior processing power and capabilities.

The award comes after the DCI was voted as the second-best forensic unit in a competition run by Sumuri. Henry County Police won the prize following stiff online voting campaign by five security agencies nominated for the prize.

Others include Elkton Police Department, Washington Police Department and the Philadelphia Police Department.
DCI director George Kinoti while receiving the workstation said the crime analysis gadget will be a game changer in the manner they investigate and analyze crimes specifically; Financial and Economic Crimes, Terrorism, Online exploitation of Children, Trafficking, Malware analysis and reverse engineering among others.

Via a post on twitter, he once again thanked Kenyans for overwhelmingly voting for DCI to receive the workstation and the U.S government through Sumuri for the gift.

“With the ever changing dynamics in crime coupled by technological advancement due to globalization, this tool will go a long way in ensuring that the evidence we collect is processed and analyzed using high-end technology. We are grateful for the gift and pledge to utilize it fully in the fight against crime.” He said.

Sumuri a U.S based IT corporation specializes in providing digital forensic solutions.

How does a sumuri analyze crime?
Who said it does, read and understand the news. It enables faster processing of digital information in criminal cases eg recovering deleted files from a hard drive or phone, going through thousands of emails with a text processing AI software, verifying digital signatures.

Faster matching of fingerprints , cracking of phone passwords, decryption of encrypted files etc.

This machine is a good beast. The specs:-

i) RAM : 128GB DDR4 2400 MHz
ii) OS DRIVE: 1-2 TB
iii) Temporary Cache: 1-2 TB M.2 SSD
iv) EVIDENCE/Data storage(external): 12 x 10TB Hard Disk Drives in RAID 10

Cost: $10,995.00

I was thinking along the lines of say fourier fast transform for speech recognition , or ANN for fingerprint matching etc etc .Now you get it?

Another DCI Upgrade coming soon.

"The Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States of America, universally known by its acronym, FBI, has decided to establish in Nairobi its headquarters in Africa to combat the dangers of international terrorism and particularly that which is formed and nested in the not far away Somalia. For this reason, the American Government has decided to forge an even stronger alliance with Kenya and to begin a collaboration at the level of intelligence.

The first phase of this collaboration will bring 42 young agents of the Kenyan Counterterrorism Unit to the United States for a 12-month internship at the FBI Academy, based in Quantico, Virginia.

During this period the Kenyan policemen will carry out training specifically dedicated to the fight against terrorism of Islamic matrix and will learn the most current international dynamics.

Upon their return, the agents will be assisted by FBI specialists in Nairobi in the new offices of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) created ad hoc and in the field.

In a press release issued last week by the FBI, it appears that the American intelligence unit began to cultivate this idea in the aftermath of the armed attack on the Dusit D2 Hotel in Nairobi just over a year ago, in January 2019.

Deputy Director of the International Operations Division Charles Spencer expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration between the FBI, the State Department and Kenya.

"The Kenyan operations base will enable the sharing of experience, knowledge and capabilities that will strengthen our common commitment to the fight against terrorism not only in Africa, but around the world," said Spencer. "

Dude you are in old technology. We use deep learning eg. Convolutional Neural Networks for speech, semantic parsing , image processing, it is faster given it's stochastic nature ie it does not have to go through all the data points and it is not a brute force technique.

Stochastic is doing a drunk man's walk on the matrix.

Note ANN acronym for Artficial Neural Network ndugu. We use ANN analysis structural vibration ,early detection of bearing failure etc

No you do not, stop lying!!! ANN is a broad term and fairly archaic, it denotes the old neural networks, that is why the new unsupervised learning algorithms are called deep learning to differentiate them from old school ANN.

Okay here is a test, give me the most algorithms for function optimization in traditional Neural networks and Deep learning with examples.

While Neural Networks use neurons to transmit data in the form of input values and output values through connections, Deep Learning is associated with the transformation and extraction of feature which attempts to establish a relationship between stimuli and associated neural responses.

Deep Learning is technically Machine Learning applied to neural structure with multiple hidden layers.

Why do you like broad terms or is it because you have a tenuous command of the field? Machine learning encompasses all aspects of learning in a machine:

It is divided into two:

i) Supervised learning ie statistical learning and other numerical methods like newtonian linear search, Kernel based learning used in prediction and classification. It works with labelled data which is known to be correct from the start.
ii) Unsupervised learning: This involves Artificial neural networks and deep learning, the data is not labelled ie you start from unknown to known. eg finding associations between facebook likes and political opinions.

Boring boring school boy stuff. Tedious man.
Admit you have no knowledge of the field because the algorithms are applied every day in Machine learning. Here is a simple one.

Give me the formula and explanation for an algorithm to optimize a loss function like the mean square error?

Boring boring school boy stuff. Tedious man.
Let me make it easier for you since you seem to have pedestrian knowledge of this field at best or you are simply copying and pasting things from google.

What is the stochastic gradient descent algorithm and what is it used for?(With examples and calculation).

HINT: It is widely used in Artificial Intelligence every day and several variations have been published including introduction of a learned learning rate.
