one of the music group that sing or emitates les wanyika is the maroon commandos-owned by kenya military.i attended several live shows parformed by maroon commandos in year 2012,it wasnt hard for me recognise some imitations of les wanyika's in their singing.and the good thing is,the lead vocalist of the band;Nzaro Diwani is a good friend of mine,he has a good voice and knows how to use it on stage,to the point that you cant even differentiate if he is a kenyan or tanzanian.lol
