Kuna kampuni ya Tanzania ilitangaza kwamba inakaribia kuanza kutoa mikopo ya nyumba za bei nafuu na bei mbaya. Kama kuna yeyote anayejua namba zao za simu, web site au email address basi naomba anipeperushie. Bahati mbaya sikumbuki jina lao.
Jamani ni kweli kabisa hawa Mutual Dev mmm nyumba si za hali ya chini...maana mradi wa kwanza nyumba ya bei chini ilikuwa 60 mil,sasa hali ya chini ndio hiyo??ingine ni kuanzia 95mi kwenda juu mwaka huu wanajenga zingine za chini ni 95m sasa hapo naikiri si petu...
