Juliana Shonza as a political party error!

I wish to suggest that CDM should take some public responsibility for the Juliana Shonza egotism. The egotism which has resulted into the embarrasment the party has suffered in the last couple of weeks.

The party needs to revist its approaches to the recruitment and eventual positioning of the youth in sensitive positions. Shonza is not the first YOUTH to make an embarrassing blunder. Of cours the Juliana Shonza embarrasment is larger in magnitude, but she is not the first youth to make a mistake. I know two others who've made blunders directly related to immaturity....

Is it not time CDM became careful with its recruitment approaches to the youth? Giving itself time enough for character assessments?
