At least we can start by asking ourselves what does it take to be an efficient and effective leader? In addition to the personal natural abilities to lead, one may not shrug off the component of experience as an important ingredient necessary to make a competent leader. Undeniably, experience always accrues with person's exposure to his territory (in this case politics) and that involves spending enough time on that particular field. It's appealing thing to see enthusiastic young men expressing their zeal for presidency but they should bear in mind that there is no substitution for the phrase 'adequate experience' when it comes to holding and running such a high public post like presidency.

Well,People get the kind of leader they deserve, i.e the attitude of the leader is a reflection of the attitude of the mass followership. So arrange the ideal aspirants in the order we deserve to be ruled......!

Nyerere mkombo toka kwa wakoloni weupe/ Gaddafi mwanamapinduzi tofauti na hawa wa sasa hakuna wakombozi ni waganga njaa tu, itatuchua muda kumpata mkombozi wa nchi wa wakoloni weusi au mwanamapinduzi. Kuwa mwanamapinduzi au mkombozi hakuna age limit.

Kuhusu Katiba hilo ndio jibu. Ila kulingana na wakati ule hiyo ndio katiba walio iona ainafaa hawakukurupuka Kama hao wanao ongea ongea majukwaani.
 
It doesn't matter who the next president will be but let it be a person who will work for a better Tanzania and deliver full development not just promise. A government that will have a development strategy. A government who executive will seperate politic and governance. A government that will delivery good governace and accountability.

A young & principal president with the energy and time to develop and oversee ideas not someone who career is coming to an end. This will be a dotcom president one who has developed with technology.

We need a young president not pensioners!
