Kulingana na sehemu unayouzia kama sehem za ushuani basi bei inakua juu ila kama mitaan bei inakua sh 50 au 100.

Kwa uswahilin weka ubuyu pekee bila maziwa kuondoa gharama kubwa. Pia maziwa sio mpaka kopo la nido hata yale ya ngombe nayo wanatengenezea barafu.

Ili uwe na uzoefu zaidi wa biashara ya barafu ununue moja uionje,katika kuonja huko utagundua vitu vilivyohusika kuitengeneza barafu hio. Fanya kautafiti hako kisha utajua faida zake na hasara zake. Na jinsi wanavyofunga(kiwango cha barafu hizo)

(kwa mahitaji haya utatoa zaidi ya pisi 200 za barafu ukitumia vifuko vya size 1¼ X 10)

Maji lita 7
Maziwa ya unga 1 cup (brand yoyote)
Unga wa wanga (corn starch) 2 cups uchanganye na maji lita 1.5 (unga wa wanga unauzwa supermarket) au sokoni unga wa ubuyu
Sukari kilo 1¾ (waweza punguza)
Chumvi ½tsp (ukipenda)
Utaweka ladha uipendayo (vanilla, mango, chocolate, pineapple, nk) Mifuko 300 ya kufungia ice candy (mifuko ya barafu)

HATUA:
1. Weka maji lita 7 kwenye sufuria kubwa na weka jikon yachemke, ongeza sukari na chumvi(ukipenda), kisha changanya vizuri hadi viyeyukie humo .
2. Ongeza ile corn starch na maziwa ya unga kwenye hayo maji yanayochemka, koroga vzr ili kusitokee mabujabuja, chemsha kwa dk 8, kisha zima jiko, acha ipoe kwa saa kadhaa kisha ongeza ladha uipendayo.
3. Funga kwenye vile vifuko na gandisha hadi ziwe barafu.View attachment 683676
