Museveni declared as president of Uganda with the following irregularities
*3668 polling stations didn't submit their results
* Two polling stations in Kampala was commanded not vote
*Pre-ticked votes found in some polling stations
*Opposition agents were sent away in some polling stations
* There was too much intimidation by police showing voters with teargas in some polling stations
* There was alteration of results in favor of museveni.
*Kigundu didn't tally results from districts of strong opposition hold.
*12 districts haven't submitted there results.
* Six polling stations in sembabule didn't vote but there results were released.
*Some polling station in Kampala didn't have presidents ballots but only for MPs.
