Kwa muda mrefu askari hususan katika jiji la daresalaam wameendelea kutolipa nauli katika daladala , je wana ndugu mnalionaje suala hili?

Hata mimi I must admit suala hili lilikua likinikera sana lakini baada ya kutoka nje ya nchi nikaja gundua kuwa ni kitu cha kawaida.Sababu kubwa ni kwamba wenzetu hao wana excuse ya kuwa kazini saa zote, hata akiwa kwenye daladala-whether amevaa gwanda or not(atahitaji kitambusho cha kazi kama yuko in plain clothes).
Kinachoendelea kunikera hadi leo hii ni ukosefu wa utaratibu maalumu wa wao kupanda hayo magari ya watu bure.Mtu ana kiji hiace chake kinabeba watu watu wachache, safari ikianza anakuja gundua almost 50% ya abiria ni askari, konda akitia neno anachukua kichapo!Ingekua vizuri kama kungekua na limit ya 'hii mizigo' kwenye kila gari, na ingesaidia kama wangekua wanajitambulisha wakati wa kupanda. And I think its so unprofessional kwa hawa walinzi wa usalama kutumia huu mwanya wa 'free ride' wakiwa wanafanya shughuli zao binafsi. Tunawaona kila siku wakiwa 'bwii' kwenye madaladala na nauli hawalipi kwa upolisi wao, kama mtu anaweza kujinunulia kili saba na mbuzi choma, anashindwa nini kulipa mia mbili ya nauli?

huko nchi za nje, vyombo ambavyo hao askari hawalipi nauli ni public au private?. kwa sababu mimi ninadhani kama mabasi ni public basi serikali inaweza isiwatoze nauli, lakini vyombo binafsi vya watu kwa nini wasilipe nauli?

Ndugu yangu Gamba,kampuni ikiwa public haimaanishi kuwa inamilikiwa na serikali, routes nyingi zinahudumiwa na public companies ambazo zinamilikiwa na shareholders ambao ni pamoja na individuals kama mimi na wewe,hazitegemei fungu lolote toka serekalini.
