could you please be more specfic, because i'm not sure or i haven't follow exactly what is your point and what was your observation when you said he didn't answer the question as it was suppose or to what you were expecting. please assist some of us.

It is obvious that either Mr president is not used to Q&A or he just has no idea. That certainly wasn't a proud moment...
 
hahaha i though Bush was poor when it comes to Q&A kumbe hata kikwete wetu pia?..yaani anaulizwa swali la financial crisis his answer was simple and clear kuwa he still contunue to do the same..... i guess!..wenzie wako so broad yaani wanajibu hadi unaona ni kweli wanafanya kazi zao.
 
maybe they could just do him a favor and ask him in swahili or he could just use our mothertongue,thats it!no complications!

kingine unajua unapokuwa katika maswali ya papo kwa papo hasa katika lugha ya kigeni usizunguke just kuwa short and clear.use simple words,hit straight to the point,thats it.
nakumbuka mambo ya DS100,200 na yale maswali ya kukomoana wakati wa presentations!!

Any ways i think if they would have asked Kikwete these question in swahili i am sure angejibu vizuri sana...kama navyosema humu kila siku kuna watu they write quite good english lakini ukimwambia aongee without teleprompter au karatasi oloo hana tofauti na unavyomuona raisi wetu kikwete hapo kwenye hiyo IMF debate....
 
Oh by the way, kipindi cha Inside Africa (CNN International) wiki hii kitakachorushwa Jumamosi kitakuwa kuhusu mkutano wa IMF ulio/unaofanyika Tanzania...
