ALL persons of who have attained the legal state of been to school have the right been there.
regardless of their status, weather deaf-blind, blind, cripple, or any of the disabilities, let it be clear that all deserve education.
there special schools and inclusive classes are now largely introduced where by students can share there experience and help each other in special cases as the teachers attend to them and train them so.

Matowo hoja yako nzuri ila ungeandika kwa lugha ya Taifa Kiswahili ili ueleweke na pia kuwanufaisha walengwa ambao bila shaka hata Kiingereza hawakielewi...watch your grammar, spelling, sentence structure etc...maana kuzigatia hayo ndio kutawezesha wasomaji kukuelewa.Kuandika Kiswahili sio kujiweka duni, lazima tujivunie lugha yetu na utamaduni wetu, huo ndio uzalendo, kuliko kuhangaika kujieleza kwa lugha ambayo hatuifahamu sana, na sio kosa kutofahamu Kiingereza...Sawa?
