I oppose paying DOWANS S.A; its not just illegal...

We can trace the money train if Dowans was paid through CRDB and Someone was taking that cash on behalf of anyone then there is a connection; or anyone who is even slightly connected to dowans can be accused of Kuhujumu Uchumi...., so we need to hit these people with all our strength and let it be known that they are milking our country, let all wananchi know about it then maybe we can open a case against these people... and liquidate their assets.

Am just suggesting a different angle of attack.... Taking a football example, if flair does not work we can opt for counter attack, or route one

Not paying alone, without fixing hao wezi is like putting water in a leaking bucket....., soon the bucket will be empty again; these people will carry on stealing, so we need to fix them

DOWANS ni kampuni ya kitapeli...ni wezi! Hata kama mkataba ulisainiwa ila kwa kua watu feki hatupaswi kuheshimu mkataba,haiwezekani tuendelee kubebeshwa mzigo mzito bado ilihali hawa matapeli wakiendelea kujaza vichwa vya habari....hii ndiyo Tanzania huru?

Kuilipa DOWANS ni faida kwetu ama hasara? Linki unayoitaka ipo wazi, una macho huoni. MAFISADI wetu wa hapa nchini ndio wameiingiza nchi kwenye mkataba na DOWANS.

Unaweza kua umeridhika sana na utendaji kazi wa MAFISADI mpaka hapa tulipofikia, lakini wengi tunaumia kuona walifanya na wamekua wakifanya kazi mbovu na sasa inabidi tulipie gharama za kufidia.

JK anasikia yanayosemwa juu ya malipo haya. CCM nao wameamka juu ya hili. Niliwaona jana UVCCM-MARA kwenye ITV wakiongea kwa hisia kali juu ya malipo haya. Labda kama JK ameaamua CCM imfie mikononi. Alikoifikisha sasa kunawakera wengi.

Mimi nadhani its a question "doing things right, or doing the right thing". Lawyers say we have to pay. Thats probably doing things right. But is it the right thing to do?? Dowans/Richmond was wrong right from the start... so jamani...how can we legitimise that wrong? I remember Dr. Mwakyembe's historic presentation and the anger, disbelieve and dissapointment that followed au tumesahau?
 
I always can't define the really priority (ies) of CCM government.

The legitimacy crisis in our democracies in Africa and Tanzania specifically shows the need for total reform of public management and governance. The opposition in Tanzania has to take that chance ASAP. As through CCM it has been vividly manifested that (1)The citizen: is still lost, not yet found (think of outcries of the citizens in this matter - but Kikwete and his co-pilot members have turned down their ears indicating there's no lesson so far that they have learn't from the just ended election) but (2). Reinventing politics: is a long way to go.......

Kwenye hili Regia,kila mwanasheria atasema kisheria inapaswa kuwa hivyo.Nina imani kubwa kwamba wananchi wengi wanaumizwa sana na hili kulinganisha na wanasheria na wanasiasa 200+,nashauri tusitegemee majibu bungeni wala kwa wanasheria,wananchi wahamasishwe zaidi na nguvu ya umma itumike,there is no other options,the judiciary is corrupt and weak,the same applies to most parliamentarians and the Executive is the worst......Watanzania kwa umoja wetu tuseme hapana,najua inawezekana kabisa....Mungu aliyeweka uozo huu kwenye fahamu zetu yuko upande wetu!!!:amen:
