Many countries across the globe are joining hands against China. They are working as a "collective whole" and have adopted a holistic approach to ensure that China pays for its ill-deeds.
The five levers that they are using against China are as follows:

First retaliation
They are demanding and pushing for a probe into the origin of the coronavirus outbreak and the reason behind its widespread.

While Australia was the first country to demand an investigation, it was backed up by its neighbour New Zealand.

Meanwhile, the United States is conducting its own investigation. Now, the top diplomat of the European Union wants a probe too. The EU's foreign policy chief has called for an independent and scientific investigation.

They will raise this issue during the World health assembly that will be held next week.

Second retaliation
Countries such as Canada, Japan, France, Germany, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and even Swaziland and Nicaragua have pledged support to Taiwan's membership in the World Health Organization.

However, China has slammed these voices of support and threatened these countries.

Non-WHO member Taiwan has lobbied for its participation, drawing strong objections from Beijing which considers Taiwan to be one of its provinces.

Third retaliation
The United States and Japan have started to economically distance itself from China.

While the US President Donald Trump has ordered American companies to leave China, Japan has set up a 2.2 billion dollar fund to pull Japanese companies away from the country.

Countries in the European Union, Australia and even India have tightened their foreign investment rules to prevent hostile takeovers of local businesses from China.

Fourth retaliation
They are calling out China for abusing and violating human rights. The US Senate has approved a bill to sanction China over repression of Uighur Muslims in the country. The bill was backed by lawmakers on both sides.

Meanwhile, the human rights watch has slammed China for its treatment of Africans. They have released a report this month that talks about discrimination of Africans in China's Guangzhou province.

Fifth retaliation
Countries are demanding a ban on Chinese technology under which Huawei is the most common target.
The United States has already extended its ban on the company for another year and it is pushing other allies to check Chinese tech giants from making inroads.

You can't fight against your own banker, this is what Hillary Clinton said during her Presidential campaign in 2008. Rallying against China and beating their chests is tantamount to courting death. She is the world's second largest economy, most populous country and a military super power.

China is more sophisticated than the former Soviet empire in both designs and motives. It will require more than a political alliance to put China in her place. America and her allies must reconfigure the world economy, their outdated military alliances and build a new security strategy the same way they reconfigured the post world war Europe, their colonies and the global economy.

But using the Cold War tricks like containment, brinkmanship, trade wars and gunboat diplomacy against the Asian Colossus, in this multipolar world speaks volumes about the want of insight in the Western Security establishment.

China has grown too arrogant.

The world need to teach them a lesson on civility a little bit so that they become humble!

The chinese social media is full of blatant racism against black people

They are mistreating Uighur people so badly to an extent that they are locking them up in the concentration camps and brainwash them with CCP propaganda

What communist China is facing now is termed as an Imperial Curse or the Price of Being Great. Every global power at one point in history have succumbed to this malign temptation of trying to balance between the Common good for all mankind and the Survival of an empire.

Unfortunately in most occasions the later, which is Survival of an Empire tends to outweigh the Common good for all mankind. The lure of being a super power blinds all reason and morality and it tempts a human soul just like The Tree Knowledge.

America had to choose between expanding an Empire through conquest, a genocide of the natives and slavery or upholding virtues like freedom and liberty for all. To preserve an Empire America chose the former, Genocide and Slavery.

The Turks "Ottomans" had to choose between genocide of Armenian Christians or upholding Islamic principles of fraternity, love and brotherhood. To preserve an Empire the Turks chose the former, Genocide of Armenian Christians.

The British Empire had to choose between Feeding her thousand soldiers fighting against NAZI Germany or Starving four million Indians who were part of the British Empire but not so British. To preserve and Empire British chose the former, Feeding her soldiers at the expense of four million Indians "The Bengal Famine".

This is an Imperial Curse or A Price of being Great. And China is dully paying her dues now, just as any of her former predecessor.
