Job Summary:
We are seeking a Horticulturist to help improve plant growth, yield, and quality. Horticulturist will manage gardening operations, care for various plants, and lead research efforts to optimize crop development.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee care and maintenance of gardens and horticultural operations.
- Assist in preparing the horticultural budget.
- Fertilize plants, including turf, flowers, and trees.
- Create schedules for the development and maintenance of landscaped areas.
- Plan and schedule the planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain and clean gardening tools and equipment.
- Propagate plants from seeds or cuttings.
- Provide plant care advice to team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Cerificate or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture or a related field.
- At leasr 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage people effectively.
- Proficient in writing reports.
