Kusafisha tumbo:
Kabla ya kula chakula, meza tembe za kitunguu thaum na baadae kunywa maji ya shimari yaliyochanganywa na asali kwa muda wa wiki moja.

Kiyeyusha mafuta (Cholestrol):
Unapokula chakula kila siku, weka katika kachumbari kiasi cha tembe 2 vilivyosagwa ule pamoja na kachumbari.

Kiongeza mkojo chenye kusafisha njia za mkojo:
Chemsha vizuri hairi, na baada ya kupoa tia tembe 3 za kitunguu thaum zilizosagwa. Kunywa kinywaji hicho kila siku kabla ya kula na kunywa juisi ya limau/ndimu.
