Mi sio mwenyeji saaana ila i think am at the right place kueleza kashida kangu.

Since 2003, i've been experiencing heart burn everyday after having breakfast. I've tried to use a syrup (recommended by doc) lakini haikunisaidia. I tried ashes, it helped but i dont feel its hygenic. Currently am taking a litre of water after breakfast ila its not helping. The heartburn inasumbua sana when my breakfast contains coffee, milk tea au any product of cereals.

Hii kitu inasumbua ati, when it comes i cant concetrate on anything.

I hope i'll get help in here.

I had a similar problem sometime back and a friend introduced me to aloe vera juice[shubiri].You drink half a cup in the morning before b/fast and again at bedtime for a week every 3months.Most herb shops in Tanzania have the dried type that you mix with a litre of water 12hours before use.It may cause slight diarhea but this will only cleanse your stomach.

NOTE;ushauri huu sio wa dakitari

Pole sana kwa maumivu hayo.
Visit Aga Khan hospital kama upo Dsm weka appointment ya kumuona Prof. Aziz atakusaidia sana.
For the time being, epuka sana kula vyakula vyenye chachu, nyanya, vitunguu, oranges, beans, tomato sauce, vyenye mafuta mengi like chips, pilau, samosas, chapatis, fried chicken etc.
Kula chukuchuku, no spices in your food, eat a small amount of food, usishibe sana, kunywa maji mengi ukifuata mpangilio huu utapata nafuu sana.
Ngano pia huleta heartburn, chai ya rangi, ndimu.
Kunywa uji wa kopo - Quaker Oats zenye maziwa na sukari kiasi, ni mzuri zaidi, uji wa mchele wenye maziwa utapata nafuu sana.
Zingatia kumuona Prof. Aziz.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

My friend,
Appointments to meet prof. Aziz are not that fast.
Most of the time you wait for some time. Better check with the hosp. and set yours in advance.
Call Aga Khan Hosp. 2115151-3 ask for reception desk, check for possible dates, set your appointment. Your health must be your priority, if you are not available, someone else will be there to replace you!
Try hard to reduce/avoid the donts utapata nafuu kubwa, never say it's not easy.
You tune yourself for a better health. Never give up!
Wish you a speedy recovery!

rgds,
Sunshine

What is the use if you have to stop eating all that? if you can stand it chew a piece of garlic first thing in the morning for 3-4days,there will be a burning sensation for a few minutes then you will feel super, you can then eat ANYTHING.i am a big fan of herbal remedies and only go to a doctor when i have to.

I have similar problem like you 6 6 and here is what helps me.
Just take Omeprazole capsule 1 in the morning before breakfast and 1 in the evening for two weeks then you can take only 1 in the morning for another 2 weeks.I hope you will get revealed of that problem. Omeprazole are easly available in all pharmacies and medical stores.

I believe it's good to confirm the problem first.
There happened to be a lady who blvd it was just heart burn, after all the checks she was proved to have cancer!!
That is why I just advised to meet prof. Aziz.
Avoiding spiced foods helps in reducing the pain. Stomachs differ in shape size and the way they function. If you have a small stomach and it's not well closed on top (deformed) one is advised to take less food - being too full is not advised otherwise one ends in getting the burning sensations etc.

I have nothing against seeing a doctor but it is always good to try these simple remedies and if pain persists yes 'seek medical advice'.
