Kagame is doing very good economically. He is driving the country in the right direction. But there is one thing which is not being worked on...the source of genocide,,, to me when I read most of the news it seems that the Hutus are the course, Tutsi were only the victims, but I believe there are equally Tutsi who were involved and steered the genocide but seems that their side of the story in being painted green, this will not cover the problem it only compress it and when the heat is too high and the pressure is too much to handle it will explode again. The Rwanda genocide has history and that is where more efforts should be put and not only trying to "canning" those who were thought they participated!!! They need to ensure that land is distributed evenly, access to education is done evenly, decision posts within and outside the govt are distributed evenly...etc. if you will try to compress one ethnic in favour of the other, you are only preparing a bomb which is only ticking to explode.
It can also be the trick of the President just to taint his rivals or to extend the elections time.....anything is possible!!
