It wont change the fact that, there is lack of seriousness in most of things happen, i wonder and im not sure about the qualifications and mental status of the people we give them responsibilities of driving of kids in their school buses without forgetting the mechanical status of those school buses, police traffics are there and they dont do their job perfectly.
