....correct! many businesses pay young fresh graduates a range of TZS 500,000 to Tshs 1,000,000......!

......Hii ni kwa experienced bana!

Kazi Ipo Bongo kwakweli.Tsh 300,000-1000,000 maisha mbona magumu sana.Huu mshahara ulipe pango, matumizi ya mwezi mzima na familia, watoto waende shule, hapo hapo ufanye saving? Unafuu wa maisha haupo hata kidogo, ndo maana watu wanaiba.

My dear,

What you get as a salary from employment is PEANUTSSSS,, totally peanuts, no matter how OUTSTANDING you may claim to be/ think you are. It is better to employ yourself than remain in office "begging for a salary increment". It is totally humiliating.
There are plenty of great opportunities available out there and the smart ones to spot them are the ones making their dream money and living good.

* experiance yako
* the current post
* industry reputation (where u are working now)
* job re-location

wengine wanaogopa kuhama kazi, kumbe hii ndio siri ya kupanda (mtu wa 1st degree with 4 years Experience anavuta >2M a month)

above all, kujiajiri ndio suluhisho
