92U Tanzania Limited, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with company number 153849897 (the Company), is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and qualified providers for drilling services relating to its uranium exploration at the Mkuju Uranium Project in Ruvuma region, in 2024. Specifically, the Company is seeking:

• 11,000 metres of air core and RC drilling for uranium exploration on its Prospecting Licenses

located 100km east of Namtumbo in Ruvuma region. The drilled holes shall be of depth between 150 to 200m to test the mineralization extent. Due to remoteness of drill hole locations and local terrain, track-mounted drilling rigs are required.

Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their services in line with the above-listed request must submit the following documents to the Company for verification:

1. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Registered office address
4. Up to date BRELA search
5. Proof of local content compliance
6. Certified copy of current Business License
7. Tax Clearance Certificate
8. TIN Certificate
9. VAT Certificate
10. Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
11. Latest audited accounts
12. The company’s technical capabilities in terms of equipment and drilling experience in the Karoo formation
13. And any other information/document a company may require.
