Expatriate Taxes in Tz

Can anybody advise if expatriates are required to pay taxes in Tanzania. I have no idea about this...

Every person who is resident in TZ (as per Income Tax Act Cap 332) pays taxes in his worldwide income.
A non resident person in TZ (as per Income Tax Act Cap 332) pays on his income that has source in TZ.

Give in brief what kind of business is that expatriate doing, but generally the type of tax which that expatriate is going to suffer is Withholding tax.
