The world natural intelgence agence (nia)is designing some psychical model to replace the most long time means and methods of fighting wars. As it has been impossible to reclaim the dead the nia project is design to fight war with no physical weapon but the mind it self. This could be the most efective way ever created on the universe history of its existance. These model will be verry effective to help cool the ill mind of any ant anything including the so called terrorists the mind. The work will be done using the power of eyes and its strength of infinitesimal visualising the state of the enemy's mind.
