how do you help syrian people by arming the rebel?.
The war in syria is not a civil war...it is an invasion.syrian are fighting foreign fighter from different countries who are receiving weapons from NATO countries.
Insurgencies aimed at overthrow of the regime are outsider and it is a well known tactic for them to start what appear to be peacefull protest and then the insurgencies takes over and turn it into rebellion.

The issue is still shrouded by secrecy but russia foreign minister have said the weapons are now in safe hand.
It just means russian force are now in syria.
This just removed the US reason to intervin in syria,they have just beaten US&company to their game.This surely is a GAMECHANGER.
