you don't need to read the statistics of the ministry of education and vocational training to understand why there is always poor performance in government schools each year and good performance in private schools most of them being religious schools the reasons to this observation rely on the fact that the government has failed completely to set good strategies on how better to run government schools example the ministry is not inspecting the schools fully like what it was doing during the past but on the other hand the government has also failed to pay teachers claims this has demoralized the working morale of teachers in our government schools as compared to private schools where teachers are being valued as well as highly paid
