Habari zenu wadau. Nina tatizo na laptop yangu aina ya compaq presario F700 refurbished to F750US yenye windows 7, 32-bit os, 2.4gb ram, amd athlon (tm) 64 x2 dual-core processsor tk-57 1.90ghz.
Nikifungua my computer sioni DVD RW drive. Mlango wa dvd rom unafunguka na ile taa ya kijani inawaka kama kawa.

Historia ya tatizo:

Mwaka 2009 ilikuwa na tatizo kama hilo. Tatizo hilo lilisababishwa na ku-install na ku-unistall Daemon tools software. Nikabadili mlango (dvd rom), mambo yakawa poa.
Mwishoni mwa mwezi juni 2013 limerud tena. Safari hii limesababisha na airtel modem. Nilipoweka airtel modem,
ika-replace dvd/cd rom drive na ku-display cd drive: airtel modem. Nimebadili dvd rom lakini bado mambo ni magumu.
Nimepita mtandaoni kutafuta ufumbuzi lakini naona maisha yanakuwa magumu.
Naomba mwenye njia tofauti na hii hapa chini anipe ili niweze kuitumia. Njia hii hapa chini na nyingine zinazofanana na hizo, nimezitumia, lakini hazikuleta ufumbuzi, ndo maana nataka njia tofauti.
Nilipita hapa na kwengineko kunakofanana hapa.

Windows 7 or Windows Vista

1. Click Start and then click All Programs.
2. Click Accessories, and then click Run.
3. Type regedit, and then click OK.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
5. In the right pane, click UpperFilters.

Note
You may also see an UpperFilters.bak registry entry. You do not have to remove that entry. ClickUpperFilters only. If you do not see the UpperFilters registry entry, you still might have to remove the LowerFilters registry entry. To do this, go to step 8.

On the Edit menu, click Delete.

When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

In the right pane, click LowerFilters.
