Huyu Kigwangalla anatumia muda mrefu kwenye vyombo vya habari ikiwemo JF yenyewe kuzungumzia hoja ambazo ni moja ya sera za CCM kwa mfano suala la ajira kwa vijana pamoja na makazi bora inajieleza vizuri wakati mzee wa trip alipokuwa akiomba kura na kuahidi Maisha bora kwa kila Mtanzania.

Kwa hiyo badala ya huyu dr kutumia muda mrefu kutuelezea masuala ambayo tulishayasikia wakati wa kampeni aende jimboni kwake akatekeleze yote waliyo ahidi likiwemo hilo la maisha bora kwasababu chama chake ndio chenye dola na huu ni muda wa kuzitekeleza sera zao.

Kwa hiyo awaachie CDM waende kwenye vyombo vya habari wawaelezee wananchi kwasababu wao hawana nafasi ya kuzitekeleza kwavile sio walioshinda. Pia kuhusu hoja zake binafsi akae na wabunge wenzake ambao ni wengi bungeni ili wamuunge mkono asitafute umaarufu wa kijinga kutoka kwa vijana ambao ndio inaonekana anawalenga.

Huyu jamaa sio kambi fulani kati ya zile kambi zetu za uraisi kule magamba? Kuna kambi moja imewashika sana UVCCM na inafanya kazi kubwa sana kwenye mitandao ya kijamii hasa FB...Nadhani huyu ni mmoja wao.

Mimi sitii kambi yoyote katika hizo kambi zenu. Mimi nafanya kazi ya wananchi kwa kadri ninavyoona inafaa! Na kama kuna jambo lina maslahi ya chama, nitalitekeleza kulinda na kujenga chama changu, period!

Kuhusu hoja zangu; ya ajira kwa vijana na kukuza uchumi na ile ya makazi kutumia dhamana ya hazina za wafanyakazi kwenye mifuko ya jamii, nilishasema kuwa nitashirikiana na wabunge wenzangu ili kuijenga nchi yetu. Kwangu mimi haijalishi kama nitajulikana kwa sababu ya ajenda hizi ama vipi, mimi ninachofia hapa ni kuona tunafanikiwa kuleta mabadiliko tarajiwa kwa nchi yetu.

Kiongozi ni lazima utokane na watu na uwatumikie watu hao, hivyo ni lazima ufikie matarajio ya watu, na si vinginevyo hata mara moja!

Nadhani mtoa mada alimaanisha anatamani kuona unachofanya wewe kifanywe na wabunge wa chama fulani. Lakini Brother Kigwangala, palipo na ukweli uong hujitenga.... ninajua kwa sasa unaonekana kama vile unaongea lugha ngumu kwa baadhi ya watu, maana kuna watu huamini kuwa ukiwa chama tawala huwezi kuikosoa serikali na ukiwa chama pinzani huwezi kuipongeza serikali inapofanya jambo jema. Kwa hiyo wenye mtazamo huo itachukua muda kuweza kukuelewa.

Nakumbuka scenario uliyokutana nayo mgodini ukililia maslahi ya wapiga kura wako. nadhani hata wabunge wa upinzani kuna ambao hawajahi kupitia such a hard time katika uongozi.

Ninachotaka kusema ni kuwa, kelele mbu hazimzuii tembo kunywa maji, fanya unachoamini kuwa ni maslahi ya watanzania waliokutuma, chama na maslahi binafsi vifuate baadae. usiogope piga kazi usife moyo.

Ni wabunge wachache sana wenye uwezo wa kusimama na kusema "ikibidi nitaachia ngazi" (nakumbuka kipindi cha doctors strike ulivyosema) especially kwenye chama chako.

Nakushukuru. Naomba nikujibu kwa ufupi tu kwamba, nimetoka Nzega kabla ya Bunge na nilipokuwa kule nilizunguka jimbo zima.

Pili: Model ya kuongeza ajira kwa vijana na kukuza uchumi ninayoipigia jaramba hapa niliishaitekeleza Nzega kwenye kilimo cha pamba na alizeti na imeonesha (kwa miaka mitatu sasa) mafanikio makubwa. Masomo niliyopata naona ni vema nikayafanyia uraghibishaji yakatekelezwa kitaifa, kwa faida ya watanzania na nchi yetu. Ninaongea kitu ninachokijua in theory na pia pragmatically.

Nimesoma vizuri makala ya hapo juu na nimeona nitoe mchango wangu mchache.kifupi nazani mdau hana ufahamu mzuri sana kuhusu historia ya ya uongozi na utendaji wa dr kigwangala.

Kifupi katika viongozi vijana wachache na wenye nia ya dhati ya kuwasaidi vijana(bila kujali masilahi binafsi),dr kigwangala ni mmoja wao.

Kwani sasa tanzania hatuna tu tatizo la kukosa uwakilishi wa vijana katika ngazi za maamuzi,ila tatizo kubwa zaidi la vijana wenzetu kuwa wasaliti,pale wanapo bahatika kupata nafasi za uongozi (hasa ubunge),wengi wao wanabadilika na wanajiweka kama "wazee vijana" wanajiona sio hadhi tena ya vijana,hawapatikani na hata ukipata mawasiliano yao hawapotezi muda wao kusikiliza shida au kutoa msaada wowote kwa vijana wenzao.

Nitatoa mfano halisi,miaka michache tu iliopita mimi binafsi niliibahatiaka kua rais wa serikali ya wanafunzi kwenye mmoja ya chuo kikuu cha umma hata tanzania.

Tulikutana marais wa zaidi ya vyou 15 na tukakubaliana tuchague vijana(kati yetu) wa 8 tuwape nguvu zote(za kifedha na kushiriki katika campaign) na wagombee ubunge katika majimbo na wakifanikiwa kupata uongozi wakawe chachu ya kupigania matatizo ya vijana hapa tazania na kwa namna ya pekee matatizo ya mikopo kwa wanafunzi wa elumu ya juu.

Wengi wetu tulikesha na kulala nje tukiwapigia campaing hawa vijana wenzetu,kati ya 8 waliogombea 5 wamefanikiwa kushinda nafasi za ubunge.

Lakini leo hawapatikani hata kwenye simu,hawapokei simu zao wako busy,hawana muda tena na vijana!!!!wamesahau walikotoka!!sawa bwana!!

Dr.kigwangala sio mmoja wa vijana viongozi wa aina hii,ni mmoja wa vijana wachache sana sana waliopata uongozi bado wakabaki kua watu wakawaida,wanaongea na watu wa kawaida na kujishugulisha na mambo ya vijana masikini wa taifa hili.

Na siamini sana kama kweli dr.kigwanagala anafanya yote haya bila uzoefu au kwa kujitakia umaarufu,kwa wale wanaomfahamu ni mmoja wa vijana wachache walio amani katika kilimo na kuwekeza katika kilimo(hsasa cha pamba) akiwa kijana mdogo kabisa mpaka leo anamiliki kiwanada kikubwa cha pamba amabacho kinatoa ajira kwa vijana wengi,naamini anayo moral authority ya kusema anayo majibu ya matatizo ya jira kwa vijana.

Napia ni mmoja wa vijana wachache kabisa hapa tanzania waliotumia elimu yao kuwa ajira,na kuwa mmoja wa washauri welekezi(consultants) maarufu hapa tanzania pamoja na kwamba soko la kazi hili limetawaliwa na wataalamu wa kimataifa wanaoletwa na world bank!lakini kaweza kuonekana!.

Adhani tumuunge mkono kwani najua katika siasa wengi wetu hatupendi tukiona mtu anaanza kukubalika katika jamii.

Kweye makosa tumuambie lakini yale yalio kuwa wazi anafanya ni kwa manufaa yetu sote tumuunge mkono.

Huyu jamaa alishika nafasi ya 3 kwenye kura za maoni kule Nzega, then akabebwa hadi kupeperusha bendera ya chama chake. Ninavyofahamu mimi, hiyo ni fimbo tosha kwa Kigwa pindi akileta chokochoko, lazima asinyae tu, achana na ccm bana! Ukichanganya na yale mambo ya kugombea/kurithi jina na uraia ndo kwishnei kabisa. Hizi ndizo siasa za bongo pande ile ya Nyasa, Kitongo, Ushirika, Kachoma, Tazengwa, na viunga vingine vya Nzega.

Thank God leo Kigwangala kuwa muongelewaji humu ndani, lakini kwa upande wangu naomba niungane na wote wanaomataka kigwangala kufanya kazi zake nzega na si kwenye vyombo vya habari au Dar kama alivyoandika location yake, kwa msaada tu ni kwamba Dr hafanyi kazi kwenye jimbo lake bali anafanyia kwenye mitandao ya kijamii ambapo kwa bahati mbaya sana jimboni kwake kuna vibanda visivyopungua viwili tu na idadi ya watu wenye uwezo wa kutumia mitandao hiyo ni wa kuhesabika lakini kibaya zaidi ni kuwa moja ya vibanda hivyo alifungua yeye mwenyewe jirani na nzega motel kwa bahati mbaya akashindwa kumlipa mshahara mhudumu wake anayeitwa Ruhangisa ambaye alipelekea kumtaifisha kompyuta zote baadaya kuogopa mambo yasifike pabaya na internet cafe hiyo kwa sasa inamilikiwa na aliyekuwa msaidizi wake bw Ruhangisa aidha ameajiri watu wawili kama makatibu wake ambao kwa bahati mbaya kila mmoja anadai yeye ndiye katibu hivyo kulazimika kugombea piki piki ambayo mmoja(salum) amegoma kumpa mwenzake(kumotola) kwa hayo hayo yote kigwangala hawezi kufanya kazi nzega hata ziara anayodai kuwa kafanya jimbo zima si kweli kama anabisha athitibishe hapa kwani alifanya ziara kata si zaidi ya kumi baada ya kuona hali mbaya akaahirisha na kukimbili Dar!
