Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa (Ruhinda North County) says some MPs prefer raising constituency complaints on the floor of Parliament, even when referring the issues to the Prime Minister could lead to quicker solutions.

Tayebwa recalls asking one MP whether they wanted a solution or publicity. The MP reportedly replied: “I want both.”
