Can our politicians for the sake of a 'balanced house and fairness; consider making sure the deputy speaker comes from the opposition bench? Thats what happens in most part of the world otherwise, it looks like an unfair system for the other side of the house bearing in mind that they also represent Tanzanians as well. Can our politicians see this in a mature and responsible way just for once?
