Dear President, a letter from a University student

Dear President, a letter from a University student

I advise you from the deepest part of my heart and brain. "Seek education for status and wisdom only" , BUT, "Seek riches in bussiness". The first is auxilliary, the latter should be mandatory in your plans.
By your pitiful sentimental expressions, it won't end well for you in these harsh times, man up even though you are a girl, face reality and stop lamenting.

Thank you all for your lovely comments, I think I have a right to ask my President, who we all chose to lead our country, to help me and my friends to get our loan allocation.
I, with no regret, expressed my sentimentality to partially reflect my situation.
I humbly ask my President to help us.
I believe that it is not wrong so, to send an open letter.

There is this poetry in JF titled 'Verossa' then there is this open letter to president about time I think there will be a connection between these two.
At the mean time keep in mind our president says "Msinidrive".

Thank you. I give thanks to my mother, who is also my editor.
Furthermore I give glory to God.
I really want to be a teacher.
Nataman kuwafundisha watoto wenye albinism, huko mikoani nikihitimu.
It is true and not a story, that we need a turn up in Education and any opportunity to assist, should not be discarded.
Mungu Atakutimizia ndoto yako

acheni ku mdrive mtukufu Rais jamani, agh, matatizo yako mengi ya kushughulika mnataka msikilizwe nyie tu

I was born here. I feel confident that I can be somebody, despite my shortcomings.

I suppose you truly mean what you have presented. I understand that you are not alone in such situation. I think it is high time we redefined our priorities in relation to loan allocation.
I expressed my view in one of the threads here maintaining that we should get rid of the so called "Means testing criteria" because it is really impossible to reflect our financial muscles.
Let simply get to a point where whoever gets a chance to join university automaticaly benefits from HESLB. I think we should put more effort on loan recovery so that we increase the ability of the body to provide more loan to students.

I wish I could do something to help you (including others in similar situation) realize your dream. However it is my expectation that our president will respond to your request especially by ensuring that HESLB takes you into account and you get the loan timely and to the required amount.
Hukusikia vipaumbele vya mkulu enheee...haha jifanye unajua kumdrive....wee endelea kumdrive.

My brother, I learnt that Democracy means that the government is for the people, by the people and of the people.
Discrimination of loan distribution basing on family backgrounds, is biasness to me.
We all have different cases. In the end, everyone's case is important.
Because, I have passed I believe that I deserve the loan allocation.
I also think that my friends deserve the allocation.
We are going to serve this same nation, we ought to be nurtured by it, to give back to it.
Passing is not the only requirement for u to be allocated the loan

Oh!

Where will I be, this time tomorrow?

Dear government,

My academic status is pending. My life and my family depends on the loan I usually received from Loan board. Now I hear that the allocation amount has been reduced to less than 5 digits. I am worried. I cannot go to school yet until I am sure that I will have the loan. Help me please because I want to become a teacher. They can't hire me anywhere until I have my degree. If you, the president of Tanzania do not do anything to exempt us from this trial, you will lose many of us. Dear Mr. President I really want to study. Please do not deny me that opportunity.

Thank you Sir. I hope that your kind heart will feel sorry and help the many of us university students of Tanzania.

Naomba tu mkopo.

Mr president received you're message, but don't losing you're dreams. I believe you know that government one of the Aim to ensure all students get the loan, distribution of the loan will done for each student, government can't distribute high percentage to some students, some can't get
Wewe ungeandika kwa kiswahili ingependeza zaidi

I usually receive rather " received "

I usually receive rather " received "

Yes. I debated on using received other than receive myself while writing this post.
In reality, I usually received my loan, when I was in St. Joseph, 2015.
Now, we had been transferred to RUCU, via Marian University since April this year and until this day, we haven't received our allocation.
It has been a whole semester of struggle for my friends and I.
We are very few, and for every allocation that came to our University, our group was left out.
We have made necessary follow ups from April todate, to no avail.
The report of loan distribution being re-evaluated, made me write this letter on behalf of my classmates.
We just want to study.
Mr. President please help us.

Vyuo vimefunguliwa wiki 2 zilizopita watoto walisafiri wakijua mikopo yao ipo hasa wale wanaoendelea, wanafika hamna kitu na wengine wanaambiwa kusign 77,000/- yaani gafla vipaumbele vimebadilika.

You may opt to use receive and do away with usually! You can't say usually received but rather usually receive!
