CPU still running while desktop computer already shut down

Fanya rollback kwanza irudi kwenye old version,huko kwenye hardware achana nako kwanza kwa sababu tatizo limekuja baada ya kupgrade software

Sasa hapo hapakuwa na umuhimu wa kufanya troubleshooting ya Hardware wakati tatizo limekuja baada ya software upgrade. Ungefanya rollback kwanza. Au hata weka HDD nyingine ufanye fresh installation ya windows.

Managed to install win 7 and worked fine i.e switched off fine. Read somewhere Lenovo thinkcentre users complaining about this issue. One suggested either win 10 to be installed using gpt or mbr format. Will try this tomorrow.

Succeeded to identify the issue, it a known issue with Lenovo e71, it was not meant for win 10, so the only way to install win 10 is to install win7 then upgrade to win10 without formatting the hard drive but to upgrade win7 keeping all the settings intact.

Thanks all, it was giving me a headache.

Ntajaribu hii idea with an electrician.

I also changed power supply.

Option nyengine nashuku ni windows 10 bcoz it had win 7 b4 and had no issue, issue started when I installed win 10.

Hiyo ni software issue, windows 10 Intel Management Engine Interface drivers. Computer haiturn off completely

Cheki kama inatumia Intel Management Engine inakuwaga culprit. Inabidi uondoe iliyopo uinstall ya zamani. Downgrade those drivers. I've solved that problem that way before.
