Dr. Faustine Ndugulile seems to be very close to the corrupt face of Tanzania! He made it up to the governing counsel of the international AIDS society and obvioulsy left in disgrace:

His name was found in many reports indicating corruption and procurement scandals in the HIV/AIDS business, he is responsible - togther with officers of the WHO - for death and suffering of Tanzanians.
The procurment scandals and money going wrong which was designated for the fight of diseases are legend. Now he is contesting for MP? That is the corrupt class teaming up and it cannot be that there is a "serious screening"
Ndugu is an enemy of his people?
