It depends, If you are the car, then you are confused. As the third person, the car is confusing. So, confused car may be correct since the confuser is the car and you are confused.

i think the heading is correct. the car is total confused by itself, it doesn't know which direction to go. the other way when you look you got confused.

Does a car directs itself or it has to be controlled by someone? How comes that it becomes confused!? Confusing car was the right heading to explain on the mysterious designed car.
