Economic hit are highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. They funnel money from World Bank, the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and other foreign "aid" organizations into the coffers of huge corporations and the pocket of few wealthy families who control the planet's natural resources. Their tools included fraudulent financial reports, payoffs and extortion.
This exactly what is happening to Tanzania since President Magufuli took power last year some wealthy businessmen/politician trying to use some members of parliament to represent their personal interest in the parliament.
