The district court dismissed the proceedings holding that there was no proof that the marriage had irreparably broken down. In November 2016, B petitioned for divorce in kwetu district court. The kwetu district court dismissed the proceedings for lack of jurisdiction including limitation of time. B appealed to the High court. Discuss the likelihood of B succeeding in the High Court.
