B is a resident of kwetu district in the internet region. He got married to D in 2010.In may 2014 D brought divorce proceedings in kwao district in computer region. The district court dismissed the proceedings holding that there was no proof that the marriage had irreparably broken down. In November 2016, B petitioned for divorce in kwetu district court. The kwetu district court dismissed the proceedings for lack of jurisdiction including limitation of time. B appealed to the High court. Discuss the likelihood of B succeeding in the High Court.
