Shu Mansheng a Chinese farmer self-designed this hovering/flying device. The device is powered by 8 motocycle engines and could hover a metre (3.3 feet) above ground for about 10 seconds at a time. Not bad for a Junior School graduate with no formal education in anything remotely relevant to building aircrafts
and before you ask, NO it doesnt blend anything!
