Through life time ya huo mradi kuna milionea kadhaa wakichina wamekuwa created.
At the end naona China ni wiinner.
First of all, the whole concept of "wealth distribution" is a failure. I am more interested in "wealth generation" than "wealth distribution".
And this is a very important point. Kwa sababu, mtu aliye interested in "wealth distribution" ataangalia tu njia ya ku distribute wealth, hata kama ni kwa ku engage in some risky projects zisizo na Return on Investment.
Mtu anayeangalia "Wealth Generation" anaweza kuwa na the same concerns za huyu mtu anayeangalia "Wealth Distribution" kama nilivyoongelea hapo juu, (mzunguko wa hela and what not) lakini ataangalia kitu kimoja zaidi ya mtu anayeangalia "wealth distribution", nacho ni, uzalishaji.
It is possible to do "wealth distribution" with productivity. It is also possible to do "wealth distribution" without productivity. The former affords actual economic growth as well as distribution. The latter shrinks the economy at the premium of social issues ( redistributing wealth).
I don't see why the Chinese cannot grow their economy and include more people in their productivity circle at the same time.
If you close your eyes to Return on Investment in order to prioritize wealth distribution, in essence you are saying you are interested in how wealth is distributed than how it is generated. Fine, you may end up with a more egalitarian society, but your total wealth will be shrinking and converging to Juma Nature's concept of "Kugawana Umasikini".
Ningependa kuona system inayogenerate wealth, distribute wealth, na kuongeza percent ya population inayokuwa productive zaidi ya system inayo distribute wealth, shrink economy na reduce the percent of the population that is actually productive.
And all these issues gets us to the simple core issue.
Return on Investment.
