Change is Permanent.
Scholars aver; nothing is permanent except change. The only constant is change. Change is the only constant. Change alone is unchanging: thus, “Change is constant" means that change is occurring continuously, while "change is a constant" means that change is an always-to-be-expected condition.

In the first place, Life is Flux At the end of the day, being decisive, which is the antidote to fear of missing out is about finding the power to choose what you actually want and finding the courage to miss out the rest. We have a hunger of the mind which asks for knowledge of all around us, and the more we gain, the more is our desire; the more we see, the more are we capable of seeing. Besides learning to see, there is another art to be learned, — not to see what is not. The most difficult thing in life is to know yourself. Nothing is more active than thought, for it travels over the universe, and nothing is stronger than necessity for all must submit to it. The past is certain, the future obscure.

As a matter of fact; and what is life without change? Without change life will be stagnant. It will become dull and sluggish. Imagine if everything was same, man would still have been an Ape, living in jungles. Theory of Evolution is the biggest example of change for good. Heraclitus’s insistence on the process of change as fundamental to the world poses a question to us when we are facing difficult changes that we might want to deny or resist. By insisting that something or someone stay the same, could it be that we are destroying the very thing we wish to preserve? In any particular case, when we are resisting change, we might ask ourselves, is this like trying to stop a river’s waters from flowing?

Change means that what was before wasn't perfect. People want things to be better. – Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.

The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking. The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance.

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often. It cannot be said that whether things will get better if we change; what It can be said is they must change if they are to get better. The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that has brought progress.

When people shake their heads because we are living in a restless age, ask them how they would like to life in a stationary one, and do without change.Resistance at all cost is the most senseless act there is.He who rejects change is the architect of decay. The only human institution which rejects progress is the cemetery. It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.

It is not difficult to forget that life will always be changing – we face something new every moment of the day. We need to embrace the changes that life has in store for us – they will make things flow more smoothly and we can bounce back from the major changes hopefully a little easier. We just have to always keep in mind that life truly is what we make of it…if we are always living in negativity then life will always seem like doom and gloom…

Change is fused with time and time stops for no man. Some people fear change because they worry about facing the consequences of things that they have said or done. Some fear change just because they fear the unknown. Many fear change because they believe that change will turn the tables and enable others to do unto them that which they have been doing unto those others. But our fears, whether rational or not, cannot stop the hands of time and as time marches forward it drags change along with it. So we all have to face the inevitable, inescapable and immutable fact that change is coming. So how can we navigate the inevitable change without fear? Here are some tips.

The first tip is from General Colin Powell, “Don’t let your ego get too close to your position; the second tip is to avoid extremes. Always be moderate in your views, actions and pronouncements. Lastly, read the times and position yourself, not just to surf the wave of change but rather to “be the change that you want to see in the world”, as Mahatma Ghandi once said. Get up, get out and do something.

Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret. The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude.Change is the end result of all true learning.Growth is painful. Change is painful. But, nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong.

One way we can develop a more positive outlook on change is through mindfulness. Simply put, mindfulness is the act of focusing on the present moment in a nonjudgmental way. It involves noticing and accepting what is. This awareness can apply to our minds as well. We can pay attention to the choices we make (or do not make) and how they bring about change. When you stop chasing the wrong things you give the right things a chance to catch you.Life is short, live it. Love is rare, grab it. Anger is bad, dump it. Fear is awful, face it. Memories are sweet, cherish it.

Nobody ever wrote down a plan to be broke, fat, lazy, or stupid. Those things are what happen when you don’t have a plan. You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. This is a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That’s the only thing you should be trying to control. Our lives improve only when we take chances and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves. Sometimes it’s the smallest decisions that can change your life forever. No one is coming to save you. This life of yours is 100% your responsibility.

The impact of change:
Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better. Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them.

Humility doesn’t mean finding fault in ourselves. Rather, humility means recognizing our own strengths and accomplishments, then being even faster to recognize the strengths and accomplishments of others. There are many times when we have to choose between being right or getting what we want. Wise people understand that this is fundamentally a choice between feeling good now and being happy in the long run.

Case study:If a man like Malcolm X could change and repudiate racism, if I myself and other former Muslims can change, if young whites can change, then there is hope for America.
