Habarini wana Jamvi.

Aki nimetoka kufunga swaumu imenishape kwakweli. Mana nilikua nimefura tumbo iko kama meneja wa epa kitu sio poa kwa kijana kama mimi. Hata nikajaribu ku excise but do zangu ziliisha kwa gym bila kupata matokeo.

Sasa ilivyoingia mfungo aki nimekua flat venye ninapenda niwe. Ila ndio tushafungua mfungo umeisha sasa nataka niwe selective kwa chakula ili nisirudie ile hali ya zamani.

Naombeni basi mnieleweshe mchanganyiko gani wa chakula unajaza tumbo lina kua bonge ili niuepuke.
Na aina gani ya chakula ni advisable haijazangi matumbo.

Epuka wanga, kula zaidi mbogamboga matunda, protein. Wanga iwe kidogo sana au hata usipokula. Fanya mazoezi kila siku at least 30 minutes kila siku

Unafahamu tofauti kati ya thread, post, comment, reply na like?
Yaaah sijakosea ni thread imebeba comment yako so hata nikisema thread ni sawa tu sababu comment yako ni subclass ya parent class ambayo ni thread...utanisamehe bure mkuu ila kweli kwene thread tofauti nimeona izo vitu...nothing wrong here
