I read the topic submitted by the author, in between the lines, and therefore come up with the following opinions; as being among the citizens of Arusha urban, educated, patriotic and exceedingly in love with CHADEMA politics, i would like to inform Tanzanians, firstly, the CDM is a strongest opposition political party in Arusha region and the Northern zone in its generality, the reason of which it could not made the party being coward of not going to another by-election. Secondly, CHEDEMA, an accurate party, in its form and content, with intensive discussion and for the betterment of the marginalized Tanzanians, it could not just, think of a new by-election, but rather, think of very expensive and unnecessary costs the by-election will incur. Upholding the notion of unnecessary costs, the CDM party, has affirmative thought of referring the matter to the Court of Appeal of Tanzania, as to oversee the irregularities of the previous decisions made by the High Court Of Tanzania avoiding the what we so called "miscarriage of Justice" by seeing the provision of justice by the current final house of justice.
