Position: Business Development Manager
Company: Transsnet Music Tanzania limited (Boomplay)
Location: Dar Es Salaam Tanzania

Job Responsibilities
A. Understanding Client Needs:

• Conduct thorough research to understand the client’s business, industry, and digital marketing needs.
• Identify key pain points and challenges that the client is facing in their digital strategy.
B. Product and Service Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and services.
• Have a deep understanding of the company’s digital marketing services and website offerings.
C. Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify target markets and industries for digital sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
D. Client Presentations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s digital sales .
• Communicate the value proposition and benefits of the services offered.
E. Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client feedback and work towards addressing their needs and concerns.
F. Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
G. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, development, and support, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs.
H. Market Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
I. Customer Success:
• Ensure customer satisfaction and success post-sales by maintaining ongoing communication and support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
J. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
• In summary, Digital Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and a deep understanding of both the digital marketing landscape and the client’s business needs.

• 3+ years of previous experience in ad agency, business-to-business digital ad sales experience or related field.
• Must hold at Least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing.
• Must work in Media Industry
• Knowledge on CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPS, and CPI

Job Requirements:
• Strong Digital Sales intelligence
