Ndullu has failed and it was a mistake to transfer DR. BUKUKU to the EAC because he was the only one who could make those minions work!! Wanashindwa hata kuiweka website yao up to-date!!

There are a couple of people in charge at the BoT, but they are mostly involved in pursuing the most expensive case in Dar's history, which is their special project, their cash generating machine. Looting the TZ taxpayer by accruing UNNECESSARY cost on an already determined case by the highest court of the land. YET, they continue the invalid so called case, so that billing&invoicing can continue. THEY have suppressed a report on the case, where the late gov. was of the opinion to stop this case and obey the rule of law. SO AG continues a case, that is resjudicata, INVALID, a special project of few TZ officials and their elite friends. MEANWHILE, exhausting the decretal amount owed, and incurring UNNECESSARY cost to the TZ taxpayer. AND THEY refer to this LOOTING of a person's lawful, legal right as WAR OF ATTRITION!
