Barackalypse Obamageddon

We said the same kind of thing(s) about Barack Obama. Look at him now.

In America anything is possible.

Nyani my friend Nyani, for your information WH wants Romney to take off the table Healthcare law enacted last year and Democrats paid a heavy political price after constant noise from Teabarggers and GOP. 2010 election was good news for Obama, you know what?, the government is now a responsibility for both parties, no party can seat on the sideline and remains safe. Starting with this teaparty downgrade, people now realize that they made a mistake giving back the house to GOP, they won't make it again 2012 givingthe WH to GOP. Since January there has been no single effort from thehouse GOP to bring any idea on creating jobs. Their paroting slogan is cut tax cut tax; don't raise tax, don't raise tax. The tax cuts has been there since 2001 but the economy is still doing badly.

I like you NN because you always make the discussion alive by taking sides which are not your preferences. I know you like Obama very much but you pretend to bash him so that triggering people like me to respond.

Negro please! I don't dislike Obama as a person but that doesn't mean I like him as president. Let's get that straight, okay?

That America was not ready to elect a half-white, half-black president.

You said it yourself. "half-white, half-black". At any rate, its not as simple as you'd have it. The political landscape during Obama's first 2 years isn't comparable to when Bush was President, and is certainly not the same now. But again, I believe Obama still has plenty of time to turn things around to his advantage before 2012.

Yes he is half-white, half-black. Do you dispute that fact?

This is what is happening to black folks who criticize Obama.

Why would I wanna do that? Let me put it another way; would White Folks look at Barack Obama the same way they regard someone like Herman Cain, as far as race is concerned? Hell no! Therein lies the major difference.

Hahaha, call me all names if you decide to take the dark side of wishing for Obama's defeat, you will get sick for extra four years of Obama's presidency, starting January 2013. All fanatics and sycophants will dive to their noses on the night of Nov 6, 2012.

Obama is way much more palatable to white folks than that Mandingo looking Herman Cain.

Hey, what made you say that, dude? Aferall he's only two or three letters away from McCain, and he happens to be Black and Republican too! Whatever happened? No Nyani Cain next year? Lol!

Uuummm....stay on the look-out for Nyani Romney. How does that sound?

Come on now! Negro please is not a name. It's kinda like saying 'brother please'. But sorry if you felt offended. I know some of you are super sensitive.

Sounds kinda improbable and just plain outlandish. Nyani Palin or Nyani Bachmann would have made a whole lotta more sense to me. Lol!

Haya bana. Turudi kwenye maada. Kwa kweli Romney hana chance ya kuingia White House. Bora hata Ron Paul bro. Obviously, kwa jinsi Republicans walivyo na majority kwenye Congress na Senate at such an early stage of Obama's presidency, he had no choice but to go a long way to find compromises, and they've in the meantime done a lot of damage to his legacy.

Ron Paul? Bruh...you can't be serious! Halafu GOP hawana majority kwenye Congress.

He is more style than substance. He is toast.

OK, Mzee Nyani, since you started this whole darn thing, you should somehow, someway be in the know about such downright basic stuff as which party has the majority in the Senate, House, Congress and whatnot. Would you mind therefore telling us who's in charge of what as far as the US Congress, US Senate, US House of Representatives etc? Please feel free to come up with the necessary stats wherever you deem necessary. Thanks!

In the 111th Congress which was in session from January 6, 2009 to December 22, 2010, the Democrats had the majority in both houses. Remember, the US congress is a bicameral legislature. The following was the party breakdown of that 111th congress:
