The meeting was long and raucous and went on for 22 hours non-stop, and which in the end led to the unprecedented summary dismissal of several key senior writers and posters of the blog, for their anti-Lowassa sentiments.
In this meeting, at last, Zanzibar Ni Kwetu, for the first time ever, saw the light at the end of the tunnel and decided to endorse one man and only one man, by the name of Edward Ngoyai Lowassa, as the next President of Tanzania, who will bring real changes to this country.
Sadly enough, it is still in our records that, we Zanzibar Ni Kwetu, not long ago, wrote of Lowassa as being too rich to lead this nation of poor peasants and workers and at one point we even wished that he be banished to his farm in Monduli to graze his 800 heads of cattle and to leave politics aside for good. Well, that was yesterday, when we were drunk of chibuku!
In analyzing Lowassa's safari ya matumaini, Zanzibar Ni Kwetu has come to realize that he cannot simply be dismissed as a mere power-hungry old man running against a young fearsome pug who wears a perpetual scowl over his face as he bulldozes every lazy employee in his ministry into smithereens.
It is indeed foolish and unpatriotic not to vote for Lowassa.
Remember! A vote for Lowassa is a vote to emancipate this country from the clutches of Mafisadi, of the likes of Mzee Vijisenti and his team!
Please, don't be stupid like us when not long ago we thought of not voting for Lowassa, before we gave our collective minds a thorough pathological check up.
Let's vote for Lowassa and we will soon see ourselves standing tall again with our chests propped up forward on this great Land of Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar and the Serengeti!
