Asumani is dead

There was a man called Asumani around town who contracted disease and soon died. His body was sent to the mortuary to the establish cause of death. As Dr.Smith was examining the body, he discovered that Asumani was equipped with a 30 inch third leg. He decided to cut it off and staff it in the box to go and show it to his wife since that kind of size came only once in a century. Excited as he was when he reached home, he opened the box expecting to surprise his wife, but instead on seeing the organ, his wife exclaimed: " So, Asumani is dead!!"
