Dear all,
Section 21 of The Courts (Land Disputes Settlements) Act No. 2 of 2002 – Cap. 216 (as amended) states as follows:
“The Minister may make rules prescribing procedure for appeals from Ward Tribunals to the District Land and Housing Tribunal.”
Have these rules been made. If YES where can I find them online. If NO what should be done for an appeal to be entertained. Please help.
