Superman, how is that lawsuit coming?

Kichuguu, how far have you gotten with yours? Have you at least started the paperwork?

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, these two gentlemen threatened to sue the former speaker Pius Msekwa for saying JF is a threat to CCM or something along those lines (I don't have the exact quote offhand).

They were pretty adamant about it to the point I think they got some people sold on it. I still think both lawsuits are frivolous should they actually materialize.

It would be nice if both of you could fill us in on what has happened since making public your intentions to sue.

i can define it as a personality traits which serve as a premise for successful acomplishment of a given kind of activity and show in the dinamic of the acquisition by an individual of the necessary knowledge and skills, so those guys lack a lot of things to attack mr Pius in court, i can say they are not able
